The laundromat I scouted in old town was closed Sundays, so I went to the next closest one in Apple maps, which involved a bus trip and some walking. But it was nowhere to be found, a phantom business entry. So I went to the third closest one, which was another bus ride and walking up some hills in the heat. But it was nice to get all my clothes washed. Then I went for lángos and chocolate cheesecake.

Langos Bar’s Smotanový Lángos. Sour cream, cheese, and garlic. Thin light crispy fried dough. Fairly buttery.

Pollito Cheesecake’s milk-chocolate orange cheesecake and passion-fruit lemonade.
